Important rules, regulations, and notices regarding United States Miss World Pageant Organization. Please read each acknowledgment carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out before signing off.

Acknowledgments:

By signing up for the United States Miss World Pageant, you, as the contestant (age 21 or older) or as the Parent/Guardian, hereby agree to the following rules and regulations:

​

1. Age Verification:
The person submitting this form is over 21.
I acknowledge that the person filling out this digital form is the contestant (age 21 or older) or the Parent/Guardian.

2. Voluntary Participation:
I am applying of my own free will.
I acknowledge that I have applied to represent a state/region/country for the 2025-2026 United States Miss World Finals voluntarily.

​

3. Adherence to Rules:
I agree to follow the rules provided.
I commit to representing my state/region/country in the upcoming United States Miss World Finals and hereby agree to all rules, regulations, and standards outlined within this agreement.

4. Obligations and Non-Refundable Fees:
I acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by United States Miss World. I understand that my application fee is non-refundable. I acknowledge that all fees paid to United States Miss World Pageant are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of circumstance.

5. Title Representation:
I agree to represent my USMW title to the fullest.
I will seek permission from the United States Miss World Office regarding participation in any other pageants. There is no non compete clause however, we will do all we can to keep you in the spotlight all year.

6. Crown and Sash Responsibility:
I agree to consistent brand representation.
I acknowledge and agree to crown/banner shipping fees and stipulations.
I agree not to alter my United States Miss World banner or crown.

7. Contestants Competing in Other Pageants:
I acknowledge that if I compete in and win another pageant that prohibits me from fulfilling my USMW obligations, nothing — including titles, payments, or balances — is transferable or reimbursable.

8. Video and Photography Consent:
I agree to be videoed and photographed for media, marketing, and promotional use. I agree no video or photography is permitted by me, my family or my friends in any event area at the pageant or at an event where a paid photographer is on hand including appearances.

9. Scholarship, Prizes, and Payment Obligations:
I acknowledge and agree to the payment schedule regarding pageant fees.
I agree to release United States Miss World and its affiliates from all claims and damages.
I acknowledge and agree should there be scholarships or prize money I agree to the manner in which scholarships and optional contest prize monies are determined and awarded. I agree that, should I write a check, sufficient funds will be available, or I will be held liable for overdraft fees and/or other associated expenses.

10. Title Assignment and Fee Payments:
I agree to and understand what is required to 'lock in' a given title.

To lock in a title, payment in full is to be made and cleared. If making payments,  all payments must be in prior to your receiving a crown and sash. 
I agree to make my fee payments on time.
I understand and agree that I am responsible for all fees.

11. Balance Rollovers:
I acknowledge that contestants who are no-shows or who drop out of the pageant prior to the event will forfeit all payments made, and nothing is transferable.

12. Title Request Parameters:
A contestant may represent her home country or a country that represents her heritage.
If selecting to represent a country by heritage, supporting documentation may be requested.
For U.S.-based contestants, you may represent your home state, a region of the U.S., or a state nickname title. A list of currently available titles is available upon request.

13. Travel

When the pageant is paying for rooms the requirement is one mom and a contestant for those 21 and under. For those in  Ms. Mrs. and Classic just the queen. You will share rooms and each time it may be a different person you share with. Do not bring additional guests as it slows down the process. The pageant will not always cover room, meals or travel. You will know in advance. 

 

14. Meals

If meals are provided  and the pageant providing those meals they are for the Reigning Queen only. There will always be a budget or meals will be sponsored. Sponsored meals will not be able to be modified.

15. Prizes

Should a reigning queen not be able to attend any outing she will not be compensated and will not receive and perks from said trip. We will not mail anything the others might receive from their attending, regardless the reason you could not attend. Sometimes we get last minute deals and sometimes we will know with plenty of advance notice.
